Refund and Returns Policy

At Ebossglobal.com, we value customer satisfaction and product quality. However, due to the nature of vape devices and accessories, and in compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances except as specified below.

By placing an order with EBOSS Global, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product received is incorrect or faulty due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong model, color, or item shipped).

  • The product has not been used, unsealed, or tampered with in any way.

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase and supporting photos/videos.

For hygiene and regulatory reasons, we strictly do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or modification.

  • Opened, used, or unsealed items.

  • Change-of-mind or personal preference cases.

Once the product leaves our facility, all sales are considered final.

If you believe your product is eligible for a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team via admin@ebossglobal.com or WhatsApp +6018-668 1165 within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photo/video evidence of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a return.

Please note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

All returned items will be inspected by our Quality Control team.
If the returned item is verified as EBOSS’s error (e.g., incorrect product or defective item), a replacement will be sent to you.
If the issue is found to be caused by the customer, no replacement or refund will be issued.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
    EBOSS Global does not cover or reimburse any shipping, handling, or courier fees, including for returns or exchanges.

We do not provide exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

If a product arrives faulty or non-functional due to a manufacturing issue or shipment error from EBOSS, please contact us immediately.
We will review the case, and if approved, a replacement unit will be arranged.
No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstance.

EBOSS Global reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Our products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Once a product is sold, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to handle, use, and maintain it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

All decisions made by EBOSS Global regarding returns or replacements are final.
