Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days via GDEX within Malaysia.
Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM will be processed for same-day shipment. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.

4. Does EBOSS Global provide same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery may be arranged through third-party services such as Lalamove or other preferred courier services upon customer request. Additional delivery charges will be borne entirely by the customer.

5. Do you offer refunds?

We do not provide refunds for any purchased products.
